Amelia Kegan leads FCNL Education Fund’s strategic legislative advocacy and organizing work. Prior to her role as associate general secretary for policy and advocacy, she served as FCNL Education Fund’s legislative director for domestic policy, guiding the domestic policy team’s work in analyzing legislation, advocating on Capitol Hill, and developing legislative strategy.
